Wrong Item

If you received a different item than expected, first check your original order confirmation email to verify you ordered what you thought. If the confirmation email shows a different product than you received, please take a photo of the box and packing slip that you received and forward your confirmation email to us with the images attached. We'll make it right ASAP!

If the confirmation email shows a different product than you thought you ordered -- oops! Looks like you accidentally ordered the wrong item. Contact us to discuss options for getting the right item. We're here to help!

Missing Parts

If you believe parts are missing from an item, please first check everywhere in the box and amongst the boxes in your order. Most of the time it's just packed away somewhere safe within your order. If still not found, contact us so we can assist further -- easiest method is to forward your original order confirmation email which includes all relevant info, including the order number.

Missing Items

When you receive some products you from an order, but not all have arrived, that's normal. Some items will ship sooner depending on availability and ship-from location. As each item ships we'll send an email with tracking info for that item. If an unexpectedly longer time has elapsed, please feel free to contact us for an ETA. We're happy to help!
